Conferences are a huge resource used to network and grow connections with likeminded individuals. There doesn’t seem to be a better way to learn and get your name out in the world quite like meeting with similar individuals face-to-face and sharing knowledge. Here are the SaaS conferences you should be attending this year.

Microconf is a hugely popular conference geared towards self-funded startups and single founder software companies. It’s a two day event located in Sin City from April 3-6th. This conference isn’t necessarily geared specifically towards SaaS companies, but many of the people who attend and speak at the event actually run successful SaaS businesses, so it’s beneficial to take a trip and network as much as you can. Some of the topics from previous years include: Lifting the Veil: The Secret Behind Successful Product Launches, 6 Tricks that Helped Me Triple My SaaS’ Growth Rate, 3 Habits of Building (and Growing) a Product Empire, and many more. This is not a conference you want to miss – tickets go on sale soon.

Aaron Ross, author of Predictable Revenue, described SalesStack as “the best event to attend to learn about practical sales ideas that actually work…It’s full of ideas you can apply right away in your own business”. SalesStack takes place in San Francisco from November 9-10th and is attended by companies large and small, ranging from Uber to Google to Prezi and many more. This conference will help you to understand how to take your business and turn it into a sales machine, who should be involved in your business and what technological avenues you should explore. If you are looking for ways to grow your SaaS, this conference needs to be on your calendar.

SaaStr Annual Conference

The name should say it all. This conference is geared towards all things SaaS. 3 full days, over 150 speakers and networking events to attend until you can’t stand. SaaStr Annual is a great event because they are committed to bringing together likeminded individuals from around the world, using online resources to do that. You will learn from top executives and SaaS founders – what worked for them, what didn’t, and what you need to do to grow. Unfortunately, the 2016 conference has already passed but you’ll definitely want to attend this conference next year.

Dreamforce by Salesforce

Dreamforce is one of the largest and well-known software companies, making this event extremely important to mark on your calendar. The conference takes place from October 4-7th in San Francisco and you’ll be rubbing shoulders with those from Fortune 500 companies as well as self-starters. Dreamforce is said to be pretty intense, so if you attend get ready to work hard and take in a lot of helpful information. Speakers from previous years included professionals from Uber, Microsoft, Youtube. Those who have attended have seen massive increases in sales productivity, employee production and lead volume. Do not miss this conference.

Even if you’re just starting out and your company is small, the benefits from attending one of these conferences are huge. It’s always a good idea to meet other people in the same field who have been involved longer than you have. These conferences will help you gain new knowledge to grow and expand your business quickly and efficiently.
